- Step 01: Browse & Explore Explore the PoC Lab, filter by category, and read the product detail page. Watch our 5-minute demo video to see it working in a real clinical setting — before you decide anything.
- Step 02: Show Interest & Book a Call Hit “I’m Interested” and select a time on our calendar. Optionally add your custom requirements, attach a document, or record a Loom — or simply come to the call and tell us directly. We will walk you through the product live, understand your clinic’s needs, and confirm whether this PoC is the right fit and how quickly it can go live for you.
- Step 03: Go Live We configure, QA review, and deploy the product in your environment. You review and approve before anything goes live. Handover documentation included as standard.
- Step 04: Monthly Maintenance Your product stays live, supported, and up to date. Monthly maintenance at $600/month covers technical support, updates, and a dedicated point of contact for any issues that arise post-deployment.

1. Are these really pre-built — or will you build something new for me?
These are genuinely pre-built products — not proposals or wireframes. Each product in the Lab has been built and tested by our AI-native engineers. When you deploy, we configure it for your context and connect it to your environment. We are not building from scratch. That is what makes deployment possible in 2–3 weeks.
2. What is the difference between a PoC product and a Growth MVP?
A PoC Lab product is pre-built and deployed to your environment with customisation. A Growth MVP is built from scratch, entirely to your specification, using AI-native engineering. If you have a use case that is not covered by any product in the Lab, or if you need deeper custom integration with your clinical systems, the Growth tier is the right path. The free discovery call will tell you which fits.
3. Can I try a product before I pay?
Yes. Every product in the Lab has a live demo you can interact with directly on this page. The demo reflects the actual product — not a polished prototype. If you want a guided walkthrough with your specific context in mind, book a free discovery call and your SPOC will run the demo with you.
4. What happens to the product after deployment — do you maintain it?
Every deployment includes a 14-day support window. After that, you can move to a monthly maintenance retainer, or manage the product with your own team — we provide complete handover documentation. You are never locked in.
5. Are the products NABH/GDPR/HIPAA compliant?
All products are designed with compliance in mind — data minimisation, encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs, and role-based access control are standard. During the discovery call, we map the specific compliance framework that applies to your organisation and confirm any additional configuration required before deployment.
